Description
As a Legal Administrative Assistant (M/F) you will:
- Be daily in contact with contract management
- Handle the document management for the company and it's legal entities
- Co-ordinate with internal and external counsels
- Provide administrative support
- Organise meetings
- Organise different events
Profile
As a Legal Administrative Assistant (M/F) you are/have :
- A legal education at college/university level
- Multiple years of experience in a relevant paralegal or administrative role
- A full working proficiency in MS Office
- An excellent level in English, Knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus
- A person who can work under pressure
- Detail orientated and have strong organizatorial skills
