Our client is a strategic player in the travel-leisure-hospitality world. With activities all across Europe, the company is a leader in its market and aims at maintaining its position in a more and more digital world.

Description

As national Key Account Manager your duty is to be the reference contact person for the accounts, providing them with support and solutions. The accounts are actors of the travel/hospitality/leisure industry like major travel agencies, online travel platforms, tour operators, ...

Your duties also include

  • The nurturing strong client relationships to ensure the realization of the annual commercial targets
  • Animate the network within the assigned geographical area through commercial and marketing operations
  • Constant analysis of the market and activities of your key accounts through competitive intelligence, monthly reporting, in order to best adapt the commercial solution to the needs of the accounts, the actions of the competitors and to spot new business opportunities.
  • Ensure clear communication with all accounts of the network and their good understanding of the products and services of the company
  • Handle the negotiation of commercial contracts between the company and those key accounts
  • Be the reference contact person for these accounts and provide them with support and solutions
  • Implement the company's commercial strategy to the field and secure its leader positioning on the market
  • Prospect the market and exploit potential business opportunities with new accounts
  • Act as the link between the European commercial director and the Belgian market through qualitative and quantitative reporting

Profile

The successful candidate will have :

  • You have a University / Higher education degree.
  • You have 5 to 8 years' experience in account management as well as experience within strategic industries (leisure-travel-hospitality)
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, a good command in English is also appreciated
  • You have excellent analytical skills and are also capable to translate data into clear information for your interlocutor
  • You are a great communicator, can build fruitful relationships and conduct successful negotiations
  • You can work with a great level of autonomy, you are result-oriented, pragmatic and rigorous
