As an Inside Sales Assistant you will support our French speaking customers. Your main goal is satisfying the customers and helping them where and when needed.
Client Details
Our client is a startup located in Ghent who offers CRM platforms. They are rapidly growing and having offices in Ghent, Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Milan and Madrid. With a team of more than 170 people, they are aiming to stretch even further and hope to become Europe's number 1 in their industry.
They are searching for someone with a Start-up attitude.
Description
As an Inside Sales Assistant your main responsibilities are:
- Talking to customers on daily basis in order to get a deep understanding of the products and customers
- Representing the voice of the customer by passing their feedback and request
- You handle all the incoming leads and pass them by to the sales or customer success department
Profile
The successful candidate has the following profile:
- French speaking with a good level of English
- Affinity with IT
- Junior or already some work experience. If you can prove you are a hard-working person with a never-give-up mindset you are more than welcome!
- Outstanding communication skills
