Our client is looking for a full-time Data Reporting Officer for their offices in Diegem. Interesting and varied job within a dynamic team that works closely together.

Our client is market leader in the legal sector. It's an international company with offices in Belgium France and Switzerland. To strengthen the financial team they are looking for a Data Officer.

Description

The tasks for a Data Reporting Officer include:

  • You work closely with other team members and also together in close relationship with management and with the operational entities to take care of the Data and Reporting Tasks
  • Smooth and streamlined functioning of central operational databases; development; production and presentation of operational and financial reports; database documentation and manuals; contribution to management control responsibilities
  • You provide support to management and the business in preparing, creating and maintaining transactions, input and documents that are relevant to those activities
  • Database quality Management
  • Generation of key figures (KPI's) and financial reports

Profile

You are the successful candidate if:

  • You have a Bachelor degree
  • You are a school leaver or you have experience in Finance or Data Analysys (practical knowledge of Data Management or Data Governance is a plus)
  • You speak Dutch and you are fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • You are service minded with an analytical approach
  • You have good skills in Excel
  • You are eager to learn, dynamic and always looking for optimisation's
  • You have an eye for quality
  • You are a team player: you work together with other colleagues towards the same goals
