For a well-known European Federation, I'm actively looking for an Executive Asssitant to work closely with the CEO
Client Details
My client is active in the green energy sector. The Federation has more than 100 members all over Europe. The main language is English.
Description
The selected English Speaking Management Assistant will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the agenda, organize meetings and prepare presentations for the meetings;
- Take minutes and make follow up on actions points of meetings;
- Take care of correspondences and proof reading, phone calls;
- Coordinate the logistics of external meetings and compile daily reports about the federation partnership and key stakeholders attending meetings;
- Assist the CEO and the Director of Partnership Development & Communications department with the organization of high-level events such Partner events, General Assembly, key stakeholders meetings;
- Organise travels, accommodations and logistics when required and prepare the necessary expenses forms and monthly timesheet;
- Archiving, filing electronically and in paper
Profile
The successful English Speaking Management Assistant will:
- Have at least 5 years experience in similar position, experience in European and international environment is an asset;
- Have experience in administrative, logistics and coordination tasks;
- Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level written and oral); German is an asset
- Good knowledge of MS office and other tools (Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, Internet);
- Have good planning and organisational skills, ability to work with deadlines;
- Stress resistant and service minded;
- Able to work autonomously;
- Have good relationship & communication skills;
- Be proactive, reliable, efficient and flexible;
- Be enthusiastic and positive.
