We are looking for a talented public relations and public affairs professional to work across our exciting clients and help us develop new business in the Belgian market. We are looking for someone who has the ability to lead our consumer and B2B accounts on a day-to-day basis whilst providing the client with strong communications marketing solutions and keeping an eye out for new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a fluent Dutch/French/English speaker and writer.

We are looking for someone with experience in international market coordination, with a solid account management background and a real eye for detail.  The clients are demanding, and our work is fast-paced – you will need to be a quick thinker, a strong multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key components of the role include:

  • Project management
  • Day-to-day support, both agency and client-side, including regular conference calls and clear, concise PR briefings for planning roll-outs
  • Liaison with global PR team and managing the roll-outs of all PR plans and assets
  • Press tour and industry event planning, logistics and event management
  • Campaign and event reporting and best practice sharing across the markets
  • Day-to-day account management of junior team members
  • Identifying and pitching new business opportunities
  • Budget management inclusive of all owned projects


Candidate requirements:

  • Roughly 5 years’ experience working in a PR role within an agency across a variety of accounts
  • PR and public affairs experience at the Belgian level with experience working on international client accounts
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • An experienced writer who can competently write press releases, copy, reports and statements in Dutch and French in a timely fashion
  • Experience prospecting, developing proposals and pitching new business
  • A proven ability to deliver results as well as executing on client campaigns
  • A creative mind, both when applied to brainstorming for campaigns and in day-to-day media relations to drive results and breakout and feature coverage for brands
  • Experience working with local social influencers
  • An ability to multi-task a number of different account requirements and deliver results under pressure
