These conditions of use describe the conditions under which Jobs Régions SA grants you access to its website and to the services that it offers there. If certain conditions of use are dealt with more explicitly or in more detail in another regulatory text (for example in the user contract or in the employer contract ('General Conditions') that also applies to you, the provisions of said other text shall prevail over these conditions of use.

When we are notified of the presence of possible damaging content on a link, the link in question is immediately examined and if necessary removed.

References.be shall make every effort to ensure that the website is continuously accessible (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and to protect it using all reasonable means. Applicable law and competent courts
These conditions of use are governed by Belgian law. The user agrees that the courts and tribunals of Brussels shall alone be competent to preside over any disputes concerning the application or interpretation of these conditions of use.
