Freelance/Fixed Aftersales Manager

We are present in 40 countries and act as an important strategic partner for the world's leading premium and luxury brands, for whom we provide an effective and customer-oriented route to market.

In Belgium and Luxembourg, we are the official distributor of Toyota and Lexus. Last year we've launched our new fully electric brand BYD. And last but not least we've also launched BravoAuto, our new used car center in Machelen. Our Belgian head office is located in Zaventem.

We are currently looking for an Aftersales Manager in our concessions of Toyota/Lexus in Anderlecht and Zaventem.

What are you going to do as Aftersales Manager?

As Aftersales Manager you are a member of the Retail management. In a nutshell, you are responsible for the smooth running of our aftersales activities ;-). You are responsible for our digitalisation project across the 2 sites. In addition, as a people manager, you lift your team to a higher level. You are our driving force behind our aftersales flow.

• Dissecting all processes and seeing where we can gain efficiency
• Monitoring and achieving the predefined KPI’s
• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers, managers and clients
• Effective cost-control
• Coaching and motivating people to create a good team spirit across the 2 sites
• You always aim for a high customer satisfaction
• Aligning all processes across all sites

You recognize yourself in the following

• You are the definition of a people manager
• You have experience in aftersales in a retail environment
• You have a thorough understanding of digitalizing processes
• You have a genuine interest in automotive
• You have a strong knowledge of Dutch, French and English
• Off course you love taking initiative, you are communicative and have an analytical mind
• We also love that you bring some humour to the table
