As a receptionist you are in charge of supporting an international team of lawyers and staff

Description
As a receptionist here are your responsibilities:
- Answer calls and take accurate messages when required
- Greet clients and organize pick up from the reception to the conference centre or the lawyer's office
- Deal with incoming/outgoing mail
- Organize some internal and external events
- Schedule meeting rooms and maintain calendar
- Dispatch incoming deliveries
- Order office supplies and stationeries for the conference centre and other floors
- Organize meetings including planning, ordering catering, logistical support, video and conference calls set up, administrative assistance to clients
- Etc
Profile
The person we are looking for:
- You are open to do shifts ( 7h30-16h00 /11h30-20h00 or 9h00-18h00 (alternating every week))
- You have an excellent level in English and a good level in French
- Similar work experience in a client-orientated environment (hotel for example)
- You are interested in working in a very international environment
- Professional, independent, dynamic, very well organized and efficient
- Flexible, able to multi-task and handle stress
