We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Online Traffic Manager to oversee the optimization, management, and analysis of our online traffic channels.
The client is a European leader in B2B e-commerce and they are actively looking for a new team member to join their amazing family. You will work closely with our digital marketing team !
As Trafic Manager, you will :
- Develop and execute digital traffic acquisition strategies to drive high-quality traffic to our website and other digital assets.
- Monitor and analyze web traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure website content is aligned with traffic generation goals and optimized for user experience.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and achieve targeted traffic acquisition goals.
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic and conversion metrics.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to enhance user engagement and drive higher conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively recommend innovative traffic generation strategies.
- A/B test and optimize various elements of digital campaigns to continually improve performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO improvements and ensure website speed and performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights on traffic sources, audience behavior, and campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new opportunities for traffic growth.
The successful trafic manager has the following profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on traffic generation and online campaign management.
- Proven track record of successfully driving online traffic and increasing conversions.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Creative problem solver with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.
