As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with the valued customers, and offer tailor-made solutions.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Respond to inbound inquiries and leads from prospective customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations on suitable products or services from our automotive portfolio.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to nurture existing leads and explore new opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Negotiate sales conditions in close contact with international clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive buying experience that builds trust and loyalty.
The ideal candidate has following qualifications:
- You are an enthusiastic team player & you are sales-driven.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a basic understanding of automotive products and services.
- Previous experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role is a plus.
- You have a good level of English, and Italian, Polish or German as a second language, Dutch as third language is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
