Our client is an international energy infrastructure group active in gas transmission & storage and liquefied natural gas terminalling.

Description

As a (Junior) Logistics Assistant, you will help coordinate the work interventions necessary to ensure the continuity of the gas network with assistance from experienced colleagues, you will perform a wide range of administrative and logistics-related tasks.

Tasks:

• monitoring calibrations and inspections of all measuring equipment
• coordinating site containers and following up with supervisors
• recording work performed in SAP
• Follow-up of case files
• classifying and archiving documents
• supporting ISO 9001 processes
• You will also work with both internal and external customers for the logistics organisation and planning as well as creating purchase orders (for site equipment, site containers, welding and site material, …)

Profile

We are looking for a (Junior) Logistics Assistant that has :

• A Bachelor's degree in an administrative, logistical or technical field
• A desire to learn, considerable commitment and motivation
• A dynamic, proactive and social mindset
• Is fluent in Dutch (a must) and sufficient knowledge of French
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP is a plus
