As Country Head you are acting as Team leader for the day to day management of the branch.

Description
As country Head you are responsible to implement strategy in Belgium to reach targets and report the relevant authorities
You develop and maintain efficient operations and robust controls
You contribute to building a strong franchise by creating partnerships and a qualitative brand image
You act as team leader and promote a high level of client services
Profile
Bachelor or Master in law, economics or finance
More than 10 years experience in insurance sector (preferably life) out of which at least 3 in a senior position
Trilingual (FR/ DU/ ENG)
Performance driven individual with a track record of having successfully built a franchise in Belgium
