My client is a consumer protection organization that has been active in Belgium for more than 60 years. The interests of consumers are at the heart of their business. Their objective is to inform, defend, and represent consumers by helping them to assess their rights.
This Inside Sales will be responsible for developing and growing the relationships and accounts across a portfolio of varied (B2B) clients and manage sales-related back-office activities:
- You work in close collaboration with the Inside Sales Coordinator.
- You develop and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients.
- You follow-up sales leads.
- You identify new sales opportunities.
- You manage contract flow and incoming customer questions and requests.
- You manage the Customer Relationship Management system.
- You ensure sales figures reporting.
- You follow-up invoicing flow.
Profil du candidat
For this role:
- You have at least 3 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B.
- You have that commercial feeling and mindset.
- You can detect opportunities and make it happen. You are result driven and customer-oriented.
- You are a positive thinker and can easily engage external- internals stakeholders.
- You can fluently communicate in Dutch and in French. Knowedge in English would be a plus.
- You are a fast learner, no need of specific software/CRM knowledge.
