The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

As digital marketer you will :
Develop digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, target audience, and market trends.
Oversee and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Coordinate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for digital campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
Manage search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts and provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Analyze user behavior on websites and landing pages, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates.
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
The successful Digital Marketer has the following profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
