• We are a leading company in the Fashion Sector and are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Client Advisor (m/f/d) to join our team. As a German Client Advisor, you will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our German-speaking clients

Description

• Proactively identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell products and services based on clients' requirements
• Provide to German client the best Client experience over the phone and/or written media
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
  
• Assist in the development of client-focused strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Follow the company's policies and procedures
  
• Support client for any enquiries related to invoice, delivery date, returns etc
• Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy of information and maintaining up-to-date records

Profile

• Perfect bilingual in German and in English
• Ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients
• You have at least 1 year experience
• Your have experience within the retail, Fashion industry or hospitality sector
• You are flexible
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
