Description

As a (Junior) Recruitment Consultant, you are at the centre of the application process. You are in contact with applicants, employers, colleagues, and job seekers. Your job will be composed of two different sides.

On one hand, you will be in contact with candidates:

• Looking for the most suitable candidates on all our job tools
• Organizing interviews with the candidates
• Coaching and preparing as well a taking feedback of the candidates before and after their interviews with clients
• Following the candidate through their whole process
• Presenting your job at job fairs and through that extending your network

On the other hand, you will be in contact with clients:

• Prospecting new job opportunities and developing a portfolio of clients
• Negotiating terms and conditions
• Developing a strong link with your clients
• Helping clients with their questions regarding recruitment

Profile

We are looking for a (Junior) Recruitment Consultant that :

• You have a Bachelor's degree (it can be in any field)
• You are fluent in Dutch and you have a good command of English and French
• You are dynamic and result-driven
• You work in a team but you are also able to work on your autonomously
• You have a keen interest in people and helping them
