You are responsible for monitoring progress and tracking KPI's, to identify and manage client needs. You drive stakeholder management, gain in-depth understanding of the client needs and risks and propose service improvements.
Being the pivotal point between our delivery center, the Belgian team and our client, you have a mindset of continuous improvement. Next to that you will also position our SOC services to new clients and help further build our team and service offering. Let’s talk about youYou are passionate about cyber risk in high profile environments

• You look forward to working on bridging the gap between business and operational IT Security teams, by translating cyber threats into understandable business risks
• You are capable of presenting and reporting to stakeholders and executive management
• You display a strong interest in technical and organizational aspects of cyber security, including understanding business contexts, identifying relevant cyber threats and assessing the maturity of cyber capabilities
• You have an analytical mindset, can work autonomously, can handle multiple projects simultaneously and the pressure of deadlines. You are focused on achieving and exceeding client expectations
• You have fluent language skills (English and Dutch or French) and you are a real team player
• You have an interest in in working in an international environment serving globally operating clients

Desirable Skills7 to 9 years of experience in Cyber

• Experience in working in a Security Operations Center
• Experience in managing a team
• Your approach is client- and result-oriented
• Expertise in SIEM, EDR, NDR and/or XDR technology
• Nice to have: You have obtained a GIAC Security Operations Manager (GSOM) certificate
