Description

Your responsibilities as Digital Analyst:

• Collecting user behaviour data from all the digital platforms (e-commerce, websites, digital products) and tracking the campaigns
• Analysing how customers and potential customers navigate and make purchases to make the website and business better
• Helping the business teams by studying digital data and creating useful reports and dashboards
• Creating guidelines for tracking campaigns effectively and helping to put them in practice
• Collaborating with IT and Data teams to store the collected data centrally
• Assisting the company in choosing and using advanced analysis and visualisation tools
• Using our the data to enhance the business performance.

Profile

As Digital Analyst you have/you are:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital analytics (advertiser and/or agency)
• A Bachelor diploma in Marketing/IT
• Perfect command of English with a good command of Dutch or French
• Project management skills and ability to prioritise
• A good knowledge of a TMS tool (GTM, TagCommander, etc..)
• A good knowledge of at least one web analysis tool (Piano Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of a self BI tool (PowerBI, Looker Data Studio, etc.)
• Knowledge of a CMP tool (Didomi, TrustCommander, etc.)
