In order to reinforce the supply department, in a partnership with Proselect, our client is looking for a:
PRODUCT PLANNER - BUYER (M/F/X)
Involvement in all aspects !
The product planner-buyer holds a solid expertise for the replenishment & buying of the finished goods and/or parts and accessories.
The role holder works autonomously, provides accurate analyses, and collaborates closely with demand planning and supply planning roles throughout our client as well as external suppliers.
Accountabilities :
- Proactively ensures to have right product on time to satisfy customer orders by having the right level of product availability. Manages the right level of inventory to limit financial impact ;
- Manages autonomously supplier relationships ;
- Manages the regular contact with the sales areas and the Customer Service team on product availability ;
- Responsible for coordinating operational activities related to manufacturing quality issues, production planning scheduling. Translates challenges into solutions and provides new and innovative solutions to difficult problems where no precedent exists ;
- Monitors and adjusts procurement plan as needed based on demand changes and interacts with Finance department to updated forecast ;
- Provides regular analysis and performance reporting to the Management and to Finance team. Manages consequent budget lines for product purchases ;

We are looking for a proactive person with anticipation skills that no longer need to be demonstrated !
Is that you ?
Apart from these essential qualities :
- you have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, foreign trade or equivalent by experience ;
- you are fluent in English and French ;
- you are proficient in Excel ;
