This role ensures the efficient handling of customer orders, inquiries, and connections to the right individuals or teams.
Our client is one of the world's largest companies specialising in the manufacture and distribution of medical devices.
Manage inbound emails for order processing, respond to customer inquiries, and enter order details into the order platform while determining delivery schedules and billing details, verifying data accuracy.
Resolve issues, assist the Sales team, and transfer hospital inquiries as needed, all while organizing shared mailbox emails into appropriate folders.
Collaborate with field sales teams for customer site setups, maintaining accurate customer data and monitoring customer license limits and validities.
Ensure compliance through recertifications and training
Maintain professional communication and behaviour, uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions, and adhere to local legislation, Customer Care, and corporate procedures.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Administration or Business Diploma (or experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP is a plus
- Experience in the medical industry or strong interest in the sector
- Experience in an international company
