Are you a passionate marketing expert with a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and results for clients in a rapidly changing digital world? If so, we want you to bring your experience and insights to Deloitte Digital as a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant. In this role, you'll work on diverse and challenging projects, collaborate with a team of industry experts, and make a significant impact on the marketing strategies of our clients.

You'll be in charge of creating a marketing strategy that supports the overarching business goals of our clients. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms and channels. You'll work together with our experienced team to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns. Ultimately, you'll drive business impact for our client’s business.

Your journey with us 

§  Deliver impactful Transformation projects focusing on Marketing strategy, data strategy, value proposition, marketing automation technology and marketing campaigns both in B2C as in B2B 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaigns and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver engaging content.
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

Let’s talk about you 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies with a proven track record of driving growth in a senior role.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms.
• A deep understanding of content marketing, including content creation, distribution, and optimization for SEO and engagement.
• Demonstrated expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to improve organic and paid search visibility.
• Experience in managing and optimizing social media channels organically and via advertising to build brand awareness, engagement with the target audience, and drive conversions.

§  Proficiency in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email automation, and A/B testing.

§  Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing market dynamics.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior marketers.
• A passion for driving commercial results and meeting KPIs to contribute to the company's growth and success.

§  You have the ability to plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience 

§  You are fluent in English and French or Dutch. Additional languages are an asset
