As a Junior Trade Specialist, you will play a crucial part in managing international transactions, documentation, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods across borders.

Client Details

A Belgian family business who became international is looking for a dynamic new talent specialized in logistics.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage the necessary import/export documentation, including customs documentation and shipping manifests.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in international trade operations and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Client Communication: Interact with international clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.


To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Transport, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and a desire to continuously improve processes.
  • Language skills : Bilingual (FR/NL, NL/EN or FR/EN), Trilingual is a plus
