My client is a growing Belgian start-up which is active in the art sector in the Brussels region and is actively looking for a medior & office management accountant.

Missions
Accounting (80%)
- Day to day accounting (on Odoo) : financial operations, purchases, manual entries, reconciliations, visa statements, etc.
- Monthly turnover control - VAT reconciliation
- VAT filing preparation
- Order tracking
- Billing payment
Administration (20% of administration)
- Office purchases
- Administrative support on artistic projects
- support on some legal matters (artists contracts)
- HR administration support
Support to the CFO
- Monthly closing operations
- Sales report
- Analytic report for financial reporting
B2B sales administration
- B2B sales follow up (Sales order, invoicing, payment follow up) under the supervision of the Sales manager
Profil du candidat
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or management
- Relevant experience between 3 and 4 years in accounting & office management
- Have an really interest in the artistic world
- Strong skills with Excel and data crunching/analysis
- Knowledge of Odoo is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English AND French, any other language is a plus
- You are proactive, problem solver, able to work both independently and in a team setting, structured and organized, enthusiast, positive, proactive, self-motivated, agile, flexible
