Description
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, service requests, and disputes primarily through emails.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to meet key performance indicators.
- Input e-mail orders and relevant data into SAP.
Profile
- Proficiency in German (native or equivalent) and a good command of English.
- Bachelor's diploma or 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Prior experience with SAP, Outlook, and Excel is advantageous.
- Strong team player with excellent time management skills.
