Client Details

Our client is a Belgian company active in the fashion industry.

They have grown exponentially in the last 10 years into a company with more than 200 employees active across different countries.Today they are reinforcing their Benelux market and are looking for a Customer Service that can work full time from Brussels and that speaks fluent Dutch, French and English.


As a Customer Service Benelux you will have following responsibilities:

  • You manage the orders from A to Z
  • You make sure clients receive their orders correct and timely
  • You answer to client requests and specific demands
  • You answer questions about delivery status, invoices, returns, orders, ...
  • You collaborate closely with both sales and logistics teams and you work hand in hand with your colleagues from Customer Service
  • You handle returns


The Customer Service Benelux has following profile:

  • A first experience in Customer Service, Customer Care or Sales support is a big plus
  • Affinity with the fashion industry is a plus
  • You speak fluent Dutch, French AND English (the 3 are a must! )
  • You are willing to work full time from Brussels (they offer 6 days of home office on a monthly basis)
  • You are precise, meticulous and organized
  • You can respect deadlines
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You can be proactive and assertive when handling problems or difficult situations
