Our client is an well known international company that focuses on the sale of nutritional and wellness products to promote a healthy sportive lifestyle. It employs a business model where independent distributors are recruited to sell the products in order to spread the word around them. The product line includes supplements, weight management items, and other health-related goods.
With a growing team of 10 committed members, the Belgian office (Brussels) puts human values and well being at the center of their work DNA as well as in the product they represent.
- Organise and participate to events in Belgium ad in Europe to promote and communicate about your products
- Accompany the distributors in a qualitative way, help them grow their network, train them to sell and animate, bring them support and tools
- Visit your distributors to establish strong partnerships
- You will also be in charge of the selection to recruit the best people and assist them during their onboarding
- You report to the Director in Belgium.
- Dutch native speaker, you also manage you way around English and French
- You might have a first working experience, the most important being you motivation, work mentality and capacity to take actions, to be organised (important when you work in events!) and a team player
- Being fan of a healthy sportive lifestyle is not mandatory, it sure helps ;-)
