As a Procurement officer you are responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

You'll be responsible for :

• Supporting the procurement manager in guiding the internal purchase requisitions
• Handling Purchase Requisitions.
• Inventoring and follow-up of contracts
• Participating in specific projects
• Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of orders and documents in accordance with the policies and procedures in force within the company.

Profile

We are looking for a Procurement Officer that :

• Has a degree in logistics or equivalent through experience.
• Has a first working experience in procurement
• Is bilingual (NL/ENG), knowledge of FR is an advantage.
• Is a team player with good communication skills
• Can work accurately, meticulously and monitor the quality of your work
• Has a critical mind, but are also diplomatic
• Can work under time pressure and cope with unexpected situations
