As a Credit Collector, you will be responsible for maintaining and controlling the book of several legal entities.

Client Details

The client is a construction equipment rental company.

Description

Reconcile monthly accounting records
Create invoices and encode them in the billing system
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and make the adjustments
Ensure that submitted information is accurate and in compliance with clients/customers contracts
Deal with customers and clients billing queries to recover outstanding balances
Send payment reminders

Profile

A good proficiency in French and Dutch (English is a plus)
Good organizational and analytical skills
Previous experience in administration/accounting/billing is a plus
A service-minded personality
Team player
Ability to adapt to quickly to changes
