Client Details

My client is a worldwide player, mostly developed in the USA, in the B2B cleaning services.

Their area of expertise is providing cleaning services to the tertiary sector - offices building, shops, etc.

Having already a strong presence in France, the company is today expanding in Belgium.

  • What they already have : an office, avenue Louise, a local support staff, an inspiring commercial leader present in Belgium every week and a strong ambition.
  • What they need : a top sales profile to get things started - YOU !

Description

As Sales representative for Belgium, you are in charge of :

- conducting a solid business development campaign - your goal is to identify potential business partners, convince them to trust your services and ensure a smooth, long-term collaboration.

- bringing expertise : contrary to most competitors, the positioning of my client is focused on expertise. You are able to quickly bring the right technical/chemical solution to any cleaning challenge your client is facing

- develop a commercial strategy for the Belgian market - as local ambassador, you are in charge of collecting the local insight and building the local network. You are therefore the expert within the company to express a strategy and act upon it

- you collaborated and are supported in your task by the Area commercial director. He'll spend most of your induction period joining you on client meetings to show you the ropes and support your development.

Profile

The successful candidate will be

1. A true pioneer mindset - stepping a first foot on the Belgian market, the whole company relies on your energy, drive and ambition to turn its expertise into a local success.

2. Mandatory cleaning services experience - whether you have sold cleaning chemicals or B2B cleaning services, your experience is a mandatory aspect to the success of this role

3. You are based (or easily mobile) in Brussels

4. You speak fluently French OR Dutch and have a rather good level of the other language AND in English

5. A real hunger for sale - you are a hunter at heart. You are looking for a challenge where you take all the initiatives AND enjoy the rewards of your own individual successes.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package including a fixed base salary level AND a a very motivating bonus plan - a % of each contract signed you bring back.

This base offer comes with clear growth perspectives (evolution as Country Sales manager Belgium after a full successful year in the role AND/OR people management responsibilities)
