FAMOCO is the leader of professional Android devices. Established in 2010, FAMOCO targets the transportation, cashless payment, logistics and access control markets to equip mobile agents. 

We have deployed more than 100,000 devices in over 25 countries in just 2 ½ years. Each project is unique; from the humanitarian organizations who are digitalizing food vouchers in Africa and the Middle East, to NS that equip train controllers in the Netherlands or Airtel who are generalizing mobile money in India.

Under the supervision of the President based in Brussels and the CFO based in Paris, you will be in charge of the management of our office in Brussels in order to make improve work environment and efficiency. You main tasks will be

  • Handle the mail, phone calls, emailings and correspondance
  • Reception of visitors
  • Purchasing of stationnay and office equipment, from order to reception
  • Organise and maintain all files, invoices, documents related to the office
  • Handle, maintain, update all employees’ files with Human Resources in Paris
  • Ensure the follow-up of temporary workers (students): contracts, presence sheets
  • Assist Famoco’s teams during visits and business trips
  • Organise meetings and events


  • 5 years minimum in a similar position, preferably in a start-up or SME
  • Fluent English is a must, fluent Dutch is a great advantage, fluent French is an asset
  • At ease with IT tools, especially business management platforms
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, organised
  • Multitask and proactive, ability to adapt to a fast changing environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
