The selected candidate will be:                                                  

  • Providing first point of ICT Support contact for all staff across the network for ICT Office material (desktop, laptop, screen, telephone and printer issues), mobile phones issues and digital access to the buildings
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier organizations as required
  • Ensuring standard configuration of all ICT Office material and mobile phones
  • Managing the stock of ICT Office material
  • Report directly to the ICT manager


  • At least 2-5 years of experience in an ICT service firm and ideally also in an international lawfirm environment in ICT office support functions.
  • Experience of network support is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of both Microsoft and Apple desktop and laptop machines, canon printers, VOIPphone systems and other auxiliary office machines
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (users & groups) / DNS / DHCP
  • Good knowledge of Office Apps : Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Acrobat Reader / IE / Chrome
  • Service oriented with continuous curiosity for the latest developments in ICT
  • Team player who can work independently and who is hands on
  • Good English and French verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
