Polish Speaking Customer Service Officer (M/F)
My client is looking for a Polish speaking Customer Service officer with a good level of English.
My client is an international company specialised in Medical devices.
As Polish speaking Customer Service officer, you will have following responsibilities:
- Follow-up of orders from A-Z.
- Main point of contact to handle problems from internal & external customers.
- You will be responsible for invoicing.
- You will handle complaints.
- You will collaborate closely with the team.
As Polish speaking Customer Service officer, you have following profile:
- Very good knowledge of Polish & English.
- Knowledge of SAP & MS Office
- Dynamic, proactive and willing to learn.
- A first experience in a Customer Service department.
