 Our client, located in Brussels, is a leader in passengers transport in several countries in Europe.

Description de la fonction

- You're in direct link with customers from many countries;

- With the quality and speed of your responses to customers, you represent the image of proximity of our client;
- You are responsible for contract management with the customer, in agreement with trade policy and compensation, in compliance with the ISO 9001 quality standards;

- You are in contact with customers via phone, fax, email and mail;
- You do the treatment of records of information, service requests and complaints;
- You manage the animation and moderation of social media accounts (e.g. Twitter) by creating content and management interactions with prospects / clients;
- You answer to the questions of online customers and transfer the queries to the related services;

- You make the track of the interactions with members and identification of brand ambassadors;
- You make a watch on competition to follow what is being said on our client.

Exigence pour la fonction

- You have a strong command of the french and German or English (both oral and written) and have a good knowledge Dutch.
- You have a good writing skills in 'live' situation with the customer;
- You are service minded of  and ideally have experience in a customer service;

- You are a very good listener and a good capacity to understanding the customer;
- You are dynamic, flexible, and  stress resistant;
- You have the  business fiber and team spirit;
- You are organized and flexible;

- You are eager to learn and to progress;

- You have specific knowledge of the of social media environment  (language, codes, actors) and their features;
- You master Office Tools (e.g. Office 2010);
