As IT support specialist, you intervene as first and second level support under the supervision of the IT manager and the coordinator.
In this perspective, you provide global help to our worldwide subsidiaries.
Your main tasks include :

Ensure the daily check up as well as the follow up of tickets and pending issues in the IT
Monitor the state of the infrastructure and take the appropriate action if necessary.
Ensure the deployment of new hardware as well as the follow up of the existing assets.
Write or verify both front and back office IT procedures to keep them up to date
You have an IT oriented degree or equivalent training.
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function and are interested in IT
You have good basic IT knowledge: hardware, networking, telecom, windows, active directory.
You have a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
You have a problem solving mind .
You are client oriented and have a great sense of service.
You are organized and rigorous.
You have good organizational skills and the ability to take initiative.
You can be autonomous while working in a small team.
You have impeccable written and spoken communication skills.
You have good relationship skills and can adapt to your interlocutor.
