To support the expansion to the Eastern Europe, our client is looking for Russian/ English speaking Customer Service specialist.

Client Details

Our client is world leader in the production and distribution of medical devices.


As Russian/ English speaking Customer Service you will have following responsibilities:

  • Complete ownership of the administrative part of the order processing from A-Z.
  • To solve problems and act proactively, keeping the customers and the sales branch informed of order status.
  • To sent out invoices for all orders.
  • To answer product related issues and escalate customer queries to second service level.
  • To answer sales related issues.
  • To create an excellent external and internal customer care relationship with all stakeholders involved.


Your profile as Russian/ English speaking Customer Service:

  • Upper secondary Education.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an International Customer Service/ Sales Support role is a must!
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
  • Client oriented and problem solving mindset.
  • Very good language skills: Russian and English.
