Russian/ English Speaking Customer Service Specialist
To support the expansion to the Eastern Europe, our client is looking for Russian/ English speaking Customer Service specialist.
Our client is world leader in the production and distribution of medical devices.
As Russian/ English speaking Customer Service you will have following responsibilities:
- Complete ownership of the administrative part of the order processing from A-Z.
- To solve problems and act proactively, keeping the customers and the sales branch informed of order status.
- To sent out invoices for all orders.
- To answer product related issues and escalate customer queries to second service level.
- To answer sales related issues.
- To create an excellent external and internal customer care relationship with all stakeholders involved.
Your profile as Russian/ English speaking Customer Service:
- Upper secondary Education.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Client oriented and problem solving mindset.
- Very good language skills: Russian and English.
