As Inside Sales Representative DACH you are responsible for selling our client's services over the phone, to both existing customers and prospects for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

DescriptionYou establish a good relationship with the regional sales team (including resellers) to create and drive sales opportunities to be sold via the Inside sales channel.You analyse thoroughly the Inside Sales funnel to identify sales opportunities per different customer group and interest stage to increase the closing rate.You create proposals and follow up consequently to finalise them.You build and maintain solid relationship with prospects and customers in further leveraging our client's mission in being a long-term partner for the customers.You achieve monthly defined targets and objectives.You maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline and forecast information. Report monthly to the regions on sales evolution.
ProfileYou have selling experience via the phone or face-to faceYou have affinity with the graphic industry, and/or background in technological high tech productsYou have good knowledge of MS officeYou have excellent German language skills, knowledge of any other European language is a plusYou have an assertive, go-getter mentalityYou maintain self-confidence/motivation at all timesYou have excellent communication & negotiation skillsYou have a strong team focusYou are a relationship builder at all levels
