Job description:

Key accountabilities

  • The Service Delivery Manager Rollout will ensure an E2E approach within the assigned rollout plan.
  • He/she will assure the shortest lead-time through setting and managing priorities in a cost efficient way.
  • The Service Delivery Manager Rollout will monitor, analyse & report KPI and SLA performance in order to identify which actions need to be taken to keep or get the project on track in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Consequently, the Service Delivery manager will also make proposals for enhancement of processes & procedures to ensure swift delivery of rollout targets in a sustainable way.
  • Profile:

    Qualifications/skills:

  • Minimum Professional Bachelor degree in Engineering / Economics
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years progressive experience in project management within or with a liaison to Telecom business (experience in roll-out acquisition & construction of mobile network infrastructure is a strong asset)
  • Project management methodologies, Agile/Lean
  • Proficiency in using MS Office package tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, good knowledge of French and Dutch
  • Understand and behave according to ethical behaviour and business practices.
  • Effective communication skills and manage conflicts
  • High adaptability to work in a fast changing and complex business & operational environment.
  • Act as a bridge builder and with a solution oriented and innovative/creative mind-set to improve/enhance performance.
  • Keep a helicopter view and managing hurdles and priorities at every moment
  • Problem solver and result oriented.
  • Lead with a positive mind-set and foster teamwork.
