For an international company in the area of Louvain-la-Neuve, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT FR/NL

Description de la fonction

You are the day to day contact with customers, sales agents, transporters & factories spread over the Europe in order to reply to customer inquiries in the shortest timing.


It means (e.a.):

• Receptionning and analyzing products requests from customers

• Encoding the data into the Customer Master Data.

• Choosing the sourcing ;

• Chartering a truck ;

• Fixing specific problems in order to be able to answer in time to the customers.


You ensure back-up of your colleagues when needed.

Exigence pour la fonction

* Min. Bachelor in executive assistant, languages,…or Translator, others.

* Dutch/French, with a good level in English

* Experience in sales, customer, logistics or supply chain area is an asset.

* You demonstrate an excellent communication with outside interlocutors (customers and suppliers) and are customer-oriented;

* You like autonomy and are also teamplayer;

* With good analytical skills, people can rely on your organization and sense of priority.

* Flexible and proactive, you are able to take initiatives and you are resistant to stress.

* Able to work in an industrial / technical environment

* SAP is required
