Customer Service Representative m/w
Your mission :
- You are the Day to day contact with customers, sales agents, transporters & factories spread over the Europe in order to reply to customer inquiries in the shortest timing. It means (e.a.)
- Receptionning and analyzing products requests from customers
- Encoding the data into the Customer Master Data.
- Choosing the sourcing ;
- Chartering a truck ;
- Fixing specific problems in order to be able to answer in time to the customers.
- You ensure back-up of your colleagues when needed.
Your profile :
Min. Bachelor in executive assistant, languages,…or Translator, others.
Experience in sales, customer, logistics or supply chain area is an asset.
Excellent level of French, Dutch and English are mandatory. Any another language is an asset
Specific competences in :
SAP (good knowledge)
You demonstrate an excellent communication with outside interlocutors (customers and suppliers) and are customer-oriented;
- You like autonomy and are also teamplayer;
- With good analytical skills, people can rely on your organization and sense of priority.
- Flexible and proactive, you are able to take initiatives and you are resistant to stress.
- Able to work in an industrial / technical environment
