The company is a specialist provider of Intellectual Property renewals and annuities services. They have successfully been able to offer a more comprehensive range of services to meet the needs of their clients. Today, they provide services to more than 500 customers.

Description

As operational Account Manager, your tasks are the following:

- Being the main point of contact for key clients for any operational question that is not directly related to specific instructions

- Steering the client onboarding process:

* Understanding and aligning the respective processes

* Setting up the Web Platform in order to meet the clients' needs

* Being involved in the training of the clients

* Ensuring effective communication between all the teams involved

- Proposing opportunities for improvement of the Web Platform and the service delivery

- Preparing operational, activity and financial reports

- Participating in operational and business reviews with key clients

- Identifying upselling opportunities

Profile

As Operational Account Manager, your profile requires:

- Proficient level in English (C2) and German (C2)

- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills, as well as stress resistance and adaptability

- 5 to 7 years' experience in client care / account management in an administrative environment

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

- Willingness to travel abroad (ca. 10%)

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
