We are looking for an Assistant Supply Manager.
Purpose==>To assist the Co pack supply Manager in their supply management activities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Contract management
  • Data and database management
  • Internal and external correspondence including communication with Customers, Suppliers and Co-packers on pricings.
  • Cost modelling, including accurately calculating inputs into business cases
    and financial forecasting
  • Financial handling of the agreed obsolete raw- and pack materials at the Co-packers

    Key Tasks:

    To prepare, maintain and release contracts in the S1P system. Solve day-to-day issues with regard to contracts in the European SAP-system S1P. Be the contact person for local companies, suppliers and supply managers with regard to S1P contracts and administrative day-to-day issues. Investigate and release blocked invoices in S1P.
    To collect relevant data from internal and external sources (incl. cost cards). Analyse and process data and information with regard to the supply portfolios. Maintain the appropriate databases. Report relevant data at request
    To communicate to suppliers and/or internal stakeholders at the request of the supply manager.
    In discussion with the supply manager, set up supply cost models and use those models in price forecasting. Perform detailed analysis of material and production costs
    To support the supply manager in innovation and make-or-buy projects. Subject to proven capability, manage selected projects independently.
    Projects follow up and ensure correct implementation of the project plan
    Master data maintenance
    Be the first contact for Co-packers and Suppliers
    To act as interface with the MSO/MCO, PLE planners and the Co-packers during the project implementation phase
    To actively contribute to company and customer portfolio changes
    Organise and follow-up modifications to BOM's act as Backup for other colleagues
