Order & delivery process:

  • Reception of orders
  • Control conformity of order with conditions applicable to the contract (price and product)
  • Preparation of order to factory, OCF in system SAME; send order to Logistics Dept
  • Preparation of new internal file
  • Place order to suppliers for supplementary accessories or equipment
  • Follow-up of orders and delivery times with Logistics dept - Control conformity of vehicle with order
  • Request preparation of vehicles (mapo) and equipment /stickers following request of customer (bpost or Infrabel)
  • Followup of - Prepare registration document (VAT label, …),
  • Send the registration documents to customer or leasing company
  • Send COC to supplier in charge of technical inspection
  • Send the plates to AET
  • Respect delivery dates
  • Organize the delivery
  • Take contact with transport company to know delivery date
  • Organize transport with Gefco to customer (mail center or Infrabel)
  • Inform mail center or Infrabel of exact delivery date
  • Invoice the vehicles in SAME and send invoices to customer/leasing Company General follow-up
  • Daily update of internal fleet chart



Job Requirements

  • Bilingual (French/ Dutch) for contacts with suppliers and customers
  • Experience in Fleet /administration
  • Organized
  • Resistant to stress
  • proactive, strong in administration
