Client Details

Our client is a famous retail real estate specialist located in the center of Brussels. It is easily reachable by public transport.

To reinforce the team, we are looking for an Asset Management Assistant to join the company as soon as possible.


As an Asset Management Assistant, you are in charge of the following tasks:

  • Handle mails, telephone contacts and transfers in a professional manner
  • Organize meetings with multiple participants
  • Take care of the reservations of meeting rooms and occasionally prepare those rooms for visitors
  • Prepare Power Point presentations
  • Administratively follow up, file and archive of lease contracts
  • Enter and maintain and follow up of the commercial and financial data of leases in systems
  • Administrative follow up of projects (files, encoding, expenses, visit cards)
  • Monitor invoice approvals (both internally and externally)
  • Take care of the welcoming atmosphere in the office


As an Asset Management Assistant you are/have:

  • Perfect level of Dutch with a very good knowledge of English and French
  • (preferably) an experience in a support role in the construction or real estate sector
  • Communicative, commercially-minded and able to manage priorities, also in an independent way
  • Customer service minded and able to handle things in a diplomatic way
  • A pro in multitasking, while being rigorous, demanding, involved and persevering
  • Organized and coordinated person who is proactive and loyal
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible mindset
  • Team player
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
