We are hiring a junior and dynamic Strategic Alliances Manager responsible for identifying and developing top tier potential Systems Integrator partners or resellers in EMEA with a key focus on France, Germany, UK, The Netherlands & Belgium such as Accenture, BDO, Deloitte or other key players with ERP practices.


What are the job responsibilities?

  •  Identify, Recruit and enable key global partnerships that support go-to-market initiatives necessary to accelerate growth, promote access to value added capabilities and enter new markets
  • Establish and maintain exceptional partner relationships with the necessary partner stakeholders for the purpose of designing and executing initiatives to sell, develop manage and drive long term revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with individuals & teams across the organization in the successful initiatives of key initiatives with new partnerships, frequently leading or assisting sales teams in customer/prospect discussions with new strategic partners.
  • Excellent in demonstrating Odoo in any client/prospect business case
  • Outstanding functional selling attitude & perfect understanding of client business flows
  • Capacity to operate in different cultural business ecosystems
  • Capacity to create & maintain business relationship & trust with high level contacts

Must to have

  • Business Master dregree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a software company or equivalent
  • Fluent in these languages:
  • English and Dutch OR English and French OR English and German
  • Strong planning and prioritization
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate go-to-market agreements

  • Middle & Long-Term driven
  • Travel frequently
  • Self-organized
  • Speak another European language
  • Dynamic and flexible
