For our client based in Brussels, we are looking for an International Sales Manager, in HR Services sector.

Description de la fonction

As International Sales  Manager, you will have these responsibilities for international clients and prospects.

 

Your tasks will involve:

 

- Achieving the assumed growth by acquiring new business and extending the services to your portfolio of clients;
- Detecting and implementing client requirements in the sale of all products and services

- Creating the correct image of the company as a global HR services provider by your presence on the market;
- Being able to discuss payroll outsourcing & HR themes tactically and strategically

- Convincing your clients of the added value of the firm thanks to our full range of products and services;
- Mapping out the market: you set up an objective business plan and you detect needs and opportunities; you take the initiative in managing your clients if necessary;
- Adopting a targeted approach to your market in order to further extend your portfolio.;
- Taking up the role of project leader: as the Sales  Manager, you are in the driving seat and manage all internal and external key stake holders of your sales project with the goal to create new and sustainable business .

Exigence pour la fonction

Expected Profile :

 

- At least 5 years work experience in a commercial role in the payroll & HR services sector (or similar);

- You have experience working in an international environment;

- An ability to lead a sales project independently;
- A wide knowledge of payroll & HR;

- Ability to develop a vision of payroll outsourcing & HR services and carry this out on the market;
- Strong negotiating skills;
- You to show impact and ability to quickly gain confidence;

- Ability to analyse clients’ questions and needs and to submit a suitable offer;
- Creativity, willingness to learn and drive;
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch;

- You are prepared to travel regularly in Europe.
