Our client, an international company in the Fashion industry, is looking for a Customer Service Representative with a strong knowledge of the German language. The head office of the Customer Service department is based in the city center of Antwerp.
As a Customer Service Specialist you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Providing support to facilitate sales
- Achieving the best possible daily service for all customer requirements
- Acting as a first-line of contact for order intake, processing, order deliveries and customer complaints
- Processing returns, credit notes and replacement requests for product faults, delivery errors...
- Providing pro-active technical and commercial advise as well as proposals for additional or complementary products
- Providing the Regional Sales Team with all relevant sales reports in order to manage the region
You will report to one of the Customer Service Team Leaders.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Sales
- At least 3 years of related work experience in Customer Service
- Strong language skills in German and English
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills
- Intercultural sensitivity
- Helpful and reliable
- Positive mindset
