Your Responsabilities :

  • Be the face of the office, support all visitors and staff
  • Control correspondence (mail-package)
  • Management of office supplies and office administration
  • Assist with all aspects of administrative management : insurances, cars,...
  • Timesheet, leave and absence management and administration
  • Support and coordinate internal Workshop and Events
  • Preparing all relevant paperwork for the timely monthly closing activities
  • ...

Your Profil :

  • Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Fkuent in Spanish and French with good knowledge of English
  • Relevant experience in a business environment preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Access, Sharepoint and Outlook
  • Problem-solver with ability to jungle multiple tasks
  • Client-focused
