HR Business Partner
Due to growth, our client is looking for a new HR Business Partner.
The client is a key player in the service industry.
As HR Business Partner you will support the HRD in the complete Employee Life Cycle:
- Performance Management
- Compensation and reward
It will be your role to support the line managers and the leadership team to ensure a continuity and growth of the business. Reporting and analysis will be of great importance in order to identify and analyse current problems. In collaboration with the other HR divisions you will propose and define new solutions.
You will be the first point of contact for the employees and provide them with daily support.

- As a Business Partner you do have a relevant experience as HR generalist/HR Manager or HR BP.
- You have a good understanding of Human Resources, you know how to connect people and make them collaborate.
- Your analytical skills will help you in better understanding the business.
- As a good HR employee you attach great importance to diplomacy, discretion and teamwork.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch
