Trilingual Customer Care Officer (GER ENG FRE)
This job is a large variety of operational, organizational and performance items to be dealt with along the order fulfillment process.
Our client is an international based in downtown Brussels. They are active in the industrial and services sectors such as chemistry and logistics.
As Trilingual Customer Care Officer, your role will be the following:
- Processing and management of orders
- Follow-up invoices, credit notes and payments
- Follow-up transport and deliveries
- Support and service to customers & delegates
- Samples management & expeditions
- Recording of claims
As Trilingual Customer Care Officer, please apply if you comply with the following requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in same function in commercial department, in B to B company.
- You should have experience in the industry/products sector
- Trilingual French, English and German
- Ability to work with German speaking sales representatives and within a French speaking environment
- Availability to visit German clients / European HQ (4 to 6 times a year)
- Customer oriented
- Good communication skills
Our client will offer you a permaenent contract after 6 months as a Temporary worker.
Your salary would be 2.500 - 3.000 € gross. Fringe benefits include meal vouchers (8 €) and insurance after 6 months
